Your project is very important to you. And you are very important to us. Therefore, we will proceed very carefully with your project, from the very first step to the final delivery, in order to insure the highest quality.
You ask for a quote, which we prepare and confirm after seeing the texts (or a representative sample of them).
We suggest a delivery date or agree on one depending on what you need. Please note that translating is not typing: how long did it take you to produce that text? We want the translation to achieve maximum impact, and for that, we need some minimum time.
With a simple e-mail or fax confirmation, you accept our quote.
According to the needs of the text, we choose the most suitable translator for your translation project. (Or, if you regularly work with the same translator, he can take care of your text).
The translator or team starts working on your project. Please note that a good, professional translator is inquisitive by nature, and will often ask questions to ensure the best quality. Encourage these questions, as they are for the text’s (and your) benefit.
Once the translation is finished, one of our more experienced translators edits it. Finally, one of our project manager proofreads it, making sure that the final version that goes to you is a real Translation DeLuxe.
